I ordered today, when can I expect delivery? At CarStereos4u, we carry 99% of our products in stock, and for all purchases, we endeavour to have your product delivered to you within 24hours (if order is placed before 1 pm). The courier will require a signature on delivery so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
What is the product/purchase guarantee? Your satisfaction is our priority, and all products bought online with CarStereos4u are backed with a 12 month direct Manufacturers Warranty. This will protect you with any electronic malfunction that may occur. Please note, the manufacturers will be unable to assist if the item has been blown due to incorrect installation, or if it has been physically damaged.
What is the returns policy? Due to the competitive prices we offer at CarStereos4u, we are unable to accept return goods purchased due to a change of mind. We advise our customers to ensure that they are buying the correct item when placing their order. What Happens if my purchase is Faulty?
You must inform us within 7 working days upon delivery of any faulty or defective items describing any problems which might be experiencing. Many problems are wiring or resetting problems which can be sorted by telephoning us and seeking advice. However if a product is faulty, we would advise you to contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number prior to returning any faulty items. All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. Your goods will be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase please send the item back to us with the original receipt and all contact details including the fault. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Why is the product on the website if it is out of stock? Due to the large number of orders placed on our website, some items may not be available in stock. Please contact us and we will advise you on when we expect the item to come in, or subsequently, we can advise you of a similar suitable product.

I bought the item, but it was damaged on delivery. Please contact our customer service team here if you have had an order delivered, but was damaged in transit. Our team will arrange a claim with the courier company and if necessary advise on repair/exchange procedure or refund. The product will be installed in your vehicle at our installations centre based in London. A trained member of the installations team can provide a tailored install according to your very needs.
