Description of Goods
All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the manufacturer’s discretion. We will supply the product(s) as supplied to us by the manufacturer.
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of CarStereos4u is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Payment and Price

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.
We will not be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website does not include delivery charges that is added to the price of the products at our checkout.
Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. It covers Zone 1 of City Link delivery area.
Other areas covered in different zones will incur additional charges.

Delivery Times
Delivery of stock items will normally be next working day (if ordered before 3 pm) from clearance of payment and security checks.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated.

Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control.

Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this.

You should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them.
Non delivery of goods

It is your responsibilty to make sure that someone is there to receive the goods.

City Link will attempt several deliveries. If unsuccessful, goods will be returned to us.

If we have to send the goods again, you will incur re-delivery charges.

No goods will be sent again, until you have made full payment of the re-delivery charge.
Limitation for Notification of Claims

It will be your responsibility to inform us of any damages within 24 hours from delivery.

Any shortages must be noted on delivery note you are signing for and it is your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours from delivery.

If we have supplied you the wrong goods, we have to be notified within 24 hours from delivery.
Warranty

All products supplied carries a 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty.

Warranty shall only be accepted for with proof of purchased (receipts). We cannot accept credit card receipts or statements as proof of purchase.

Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within 12 months of your date of purchase please return the goods to us for repair by an authorized repair centre appointed by the manufacturer.

Guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.

Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you may return your goods for an exchange providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. (We are not liable for the cost of carriage)

Speakers & Subwoofers: Burnt Voicecoils on all speakers/subwoofers are not covered under warranty.

Return Policy
All products come with a manufacturer’s one year warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All Returned items will incur 15% restocking fee plus applicable delivery charges.

Special Order item can not be returned.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging.

You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any costs incured for the return.
Goods received back damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery for Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Goods will not be accepted without Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
If you do not return goods within 3 days after requesting RAN, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 2-day period.
