The Dension FOA1PO1 optical extension kit is used to retain the factory CD changer while installing the Dension Gateway 500 unit into Porsche Cayenne vehicles. The extension kit is required because the Gateway 500 is mounted in the central console or under the driver’s side dash and the CD Changer is located at the back of the vehicle in the quarter panel.
