Why upgrade my speakers when the car comes with them already?

It’s a logical question to ask but the bottom line is; most factory speakers for cars are too basic for people who really appreciate music. The sound is often dull or flat. If you crank up the volume they distort which deteriorate the speakers very quickly. We choose this range because they always deliver great sound for the money. Ask anyone, once you hear music the way it should be you won’t want to turn back!

The factory stereo alone will drive these gems superbly. But if you are going all out, upgrading to a CD/MP3 player will reveal their true potential.

Will I be able to install these myself?

These speakers are typically easy to install, as long as you get your car’s wiring the right way round! Be sure you know which wire from your system is Positive (+) or Negative (-) and match it to the symbols on the speaker terminals.

The adaptors for the speakers are just simple brackets with screws. Most of the time you have to attach these to the car door/panel first and the attach the speakers to the adaptors. Occasionally you may need to combine speakers and adaptors then mount the whole thing to the door/panel.

Please note:

We try to provide the relevant speaker leads to facilitate your installation where necessary. The wires mentioned above are part of your car already, and generally fit your speakers easily. Under circumstances where the extra wires aren’t available to complete the task, you just need to make slight modifications to your existing wires.
